Marport France SAS Expands Sales and Technical Support to Customers in France, Central Europe and Africa

Marport is pleased to announce that Marport France SAS (Sales and Service) is moving to new and improved facilities in Lorient, France. Marport France Sales and Services shared facilities with Marport’s rapidly growing R&D department in nearby Ploemeur, but the needs of the sales and service team had outgrown the available facilities. With over 200m2 of space, the new facility will house a full inventory of Marport products, ensuring a generous product offering and availability along with convenient, same-day shipping. The Marport SAS staff will provide comprehensive service and technical support for our customers in the same manner as before.

Loic Ollivier, who been with Marport since 2007, will be the General Manager of Marport France SAS. Mr. Ollivier has more than 25 years of experience in marine electronics and acoustics. Loic holds a degree in electronic engineering and has had extensive experience in acoustic R&D before joining Marport.

“The local market has become increasingly important. And with the expansion of the product line, we needed to expand our facilities to better serve our customers”, Loic Ollivier said. “Our new location in Lorient allows us to expand our capabilities and welcome customers for demonstrations and training. Marport France’s SAS new office will support the continuing expansion of the Marport product line”.
